Goodbye, Farewell to my little hen

Last weekend we said goodbye, farewell to our broody little hen, 'Cochi-baby'....she just could not get along in the flock and was constantly going broody which was disruptive.  After two years, it was time for her to find a new home.

So I searched for a new place for her to go and I found the perfect place:

She was matched up with a Barred Rock Rooster! She'll get to finally hatch some little baby chicks!  I bet she'll make the best little mama!  She's always wanted to hatch something, anything...that hen would sit on anything and try to hatch it :)  We'll miss little miss fluffy bottom, but she is loving having a rooster around to boss her...
